Are you on campus for Senior Week? Are you looking for an opportunity to share a song, poem, instrumental piece, rock band, whatever? Do you want to watch your peers and friends perform for you???

The girls of 14 Fountain are hosting an “Unplugged” Open-Mic Night. Bring your “act” to 14 Fountain at 7:00PM for sign-ups on Wednesday May 18th, 2011. We have a pianist who can sight-read and play most pop songs if you seek accompaniment and a full 88-key keyboard if you would like to accompany yourself. Besides that, we unfortunately will not have any amplifiers, other instruments, or microphones on hand so you need an “acoustic act” or your own equipment.

  • What: Open [Unplugged] Mic Night @ 14 Fountain//Benefit For The Senior Fund
  • When: 9:00PM Performance (Come to the show even if you aren’t participating!!!) [7:00PM Sign-Ups/Check-in]
  • Where: 14 Fountain
  • Cost: Free but donations will be given to the senior class fund (See note after the jump)

If the class of 2011 meets its goals of $15,000 and 92% participation by May 22nd, 2011, three anonymous GOLD alumni will contribute the remaining $10,000 needed to establish a $25,000 scholarship for an incoming member of the class of 2015 for one academic year.
