Dinner – Green Salad w/ Lemon Thyme dressing, Seared Salmon/ Tofu Gemeli, w/
Asparagus, Citrus Cream sauce
Dessert – Carrot Cake

Sept. 21rst
Lunch- B.L.T’S or Soy Bacon B.L.T’s
Dessert- Chocolate Chip Cookies

Dinner- Green Salad w/ Toasted Cumin vin, Seared Shrimp/ Tofu, Sautéed Polenta
Cake, Rainbow Kale, Red Bell Pepper Coulis
Dessert- Chocolate Cake

Sept. 22nd
Lunch- Carrot Ginger Bisque, Herb Focaccia
Dessert- Coconut Cookies

Dinner- Green Salad w/ Curry Dressing Channa Masala w/ Rice
Dessert- Banana Cream Pie
