Dessert – Mango Yogurt

Dinner – Green Salad w/ Saffron Vin, Paella w/ Salmon, Shrimp, Chicken or Veg  VEGAN
Dessert – Berry Crisp


Wednesday Nov. 9th

Lunch- Flank Steak/ Tofu, Shitake, Nappa Cabbage Stir-fry w/ Jasmine Rice  VEGAN
Dessert- Berry Yogurt

Dinner- Green Salad w/ Carrot Ginger Vin, Thai Peanut Curry w/ Chicken or Tofu, Jasmine Rice  VEGAN
Dessert- Banana Cake

Thursday Nov. 10th
Lunch- Lentil Soup w/ Herb Focaccia
Dessert- Chocolate Chip Cookies

Dinner- Green Salad w/ Basil Vin, Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs
Dessert- Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
