Inspired by the Oscar Wilde short story of the same name, the WMTC’s “The Canterville Ghost” tells the tale of Sir Simon, a ghost who, after haunting an English mansion for five hundred years, finds himself unable to scare an American family that moves into his manor. Thus ensues an identity crisis of supernatural  proportions that can only be expressed through song.
