Mindful Meal at BuHo

Join Buddhist House this Friday evening for a mindful meal! Mindful eating means bringing all of your awareness to what you’re putting in your mouth—keeping conversation to a minimum, slowing way down and savoring each and every bite. It’s a delicious and wonderful way to experience food.

Dinner will be followed by dessert, tea, music, and Sufi/Zen poetry.

Everyone’s encouraged to bring a dish to share!

Also, please bring your own silverware, plates and cups.
