Alex Cantrell ’14 and Rebecca Markell ’14 write in to let you know how you can help out spreading holiday cheer AND enjoy a delicious baked good, courtesy of the bakers of Rho Epsilon Pi and Alpha Epsilon Pi. Seems like their names were just too similar not to join forces for charity:
Rho Epsilon Pi and Alpha Epsilon Pi are partnering this week to raise money for children of the women at Hallie House for Women and Children. Please support our efforts to give these kids a delightful holiday season by stopping by in Usdan to buy some delicious baked goods. Baked goods will be available for donations from 12 to 1 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. on both Wednesday and Thursday!
Hallie House for Women and Children is a long-term, residential treatment facility for pregnant and parenting women who desire to live a clean and sober life. The program provides substance abusing women, a safe, home-like environment where they can learn life and parenting skills to be a better mother.
