Kaylin Berger ’13 writes in to ask for your support for our Winter athletes AND our local tots. Since y’all did such a wonderful job buying baked goods to fundraise for some toys for our local tots, I’m sure you have it in you to help out again.
On Saturday, December 10th from Noon onwards, we will be having a “Stuff the Net” fundraising/ toy drive in Freeman. Since there are several games happening we hope to have a good amount of traffic coming through the athletic center. We ask that people donate one un-wrapped toy into one of two nets that will be in the main lobby and back lobby of Freeman. Those who can’t bring a toy will have the option of donating cash as well.
I’m sure our Winter Athletes could use the support, too. Women’s and Men’s Ice Hockey, along with Men’s Wrestling, will be bringing the heat in Freeman this Saturday. And with supserstars like Ashleigh Corvi ’13, Jordan Schidhaus ’15, and Howard Tobochnik ’13, you’ve got a good reason to come down and show your support.
