Established after a wave of powerful student organizing in the spring of 2004, the University Organizing Cetner (UOC) is part of a tradition of activism in which students who are historically silenced claim space from which to organize. The position requires a commitment to grassroots organizing and dedication to understanding and dismantling intersecting oppressions, on the  Wesleyan campus and beyond.
