Virgil Taylor ’15 synthesizes student concern about the Administration’s planned closure of the Art Library in the poster below. For the longer version of the skinny presented here, check out this fine piece of journalism.
Last week, a group of students met to discuss how to present our concerns to the Administration. We just wanted to let y’all know that this meeting will become a weekly occurrence with another meeting Tuesday evening at 10 p.m. in the UOC.
Date: Tuesday, April 10th
Time: 10 p.m.
This year’s annual dodgeball tournament will take place Sunday, April 15 and benefit SHOFCO.
Ross Gormley ’13 writes in with some info and instructions on how to enter:
Dodge, Dip, Duck, Dive, & SHOFCO
SHOFCO and the 2013 student class council have teamed up to bring you a dodgeball tournament of epic proportions. Whether you’re the big jock looking to relive your days of middle school/dodgeball domination or the artsy NARP (non-athlete regular person) still trying to exact your revenge against the former, we can all agree that SHOFCO is something worth throwing balls for. Dress to win and come in spirit (team with the goofiest attire will win an additional prize). $5/player to enter 1/3 of proceeds go to the winning team (last year’s team won almost $300!) 2/3 of proceeds go to SHOFCO.
ENTRY INFO AFTER THE JUMP.
Starting tomorrow, we will be holding auditions for The Rowdiest and Raucousest Annual WesTradition®…
Bring a song. Bring a funny monologue. (Both optional.)
Show goes up the weekend of May Third through Fifth.

interested in volunteering, email Jackie Freed ’15 (jfreed@wes) or Jen Paykin ’12 (jpaykin@wes). We look forward to seeing you at the drive!
