Remember orientation? In less than three months, campus will be taken over by hormonal, angsty, and anxious new students. Remember “In the Company of Others”? It’s the annual performance during Orientation that gives upperclassmen a chance to present a story about themselves to the new students so they can see firsthand the diverse array of people in our community. Four or five students share their experiences in the hopes of sparking conversation regarding what is means to live in a diverse community. Additionally, this year’s director will be Jill Giles from the Greater Hartford Academy of Arts.
If interested, fill out this form and enter for a chance to get early housing and meals starting at the end of August. Unfortunately, because of the historical lack of applications from male-identifying persons for the events, preference will be given to such applications (so bros, apply!).
