Chedda or feta? Kaitlin Lee ’13 wants you to have both. Sail the seas of cheese with the cheese co-op:
For those of you who don’t know the drill, you get a pound of cheese (two eight ounce pieces) for six deliveries across the semester. The cheese comes from two local Connecticut farms, Beltane and Cato Corner. Shares are 100 points, and you can split with one of two friends, or keep it all for yourself! Sign-ups are located here on the co-op blog and close next Wednesday, September 19.
Additionally, the Cheese Co-op is also looking for new members. We need individuals who are free on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon/early evenings, when cutting and pick-up sessions occur. Special consideration goes to sophomores who have co-op experience. If you’re interested, please email wescheesecoop(at)gmail(dot)com. Tell us a little bit about yourself and your history with cheese, and make sure to include other campus commitments.
