From the super cheery Maggie Feldman-Piltch ’14:
Do you often find yourself breaking out into spontaneous dance solos? Do you love Wesleyan? Are you a dancer, figure skater, cheerleader, or gymnast who misses dancing, figure skating, cheerleading, and/or gymnastics? Do you wish you were one of the above mentioned nouns?
If you answered “YES!” to any of these questions, then this event is for you!
Wesleyan’s Cardinal Cheerleaders are holding try-outs for basketball season and competition season Wednesday, October 24th and Thursday, October 25th from 4:30pm-6:30pm.
You’ve seen our fierce, voter registration themed half time show and can’t wait for this week’s “Stop Climate Change Now!” performance. This is your chance to get in on the fun!
The team is open to any and all student members of the Wesleyan community regardless of initial ability, gender, sex, or previous experience. We cheer for any and all Wesleyan and Middletown events (athletic contests, musical and theatrical performances, thesis writing) so forget what you think you know about cheerleading and give it a shot!
