Program House Open Bids Still Available

Eric Stephen ’13 takes a break from posting winning facebook statuses to give you the 411:

Hello all!

I just wanted to let you all know that it is not too late to sign up for programming housing if you are still interested. Some program houses still have spaces available for spring semester and are still recruiting students. For those of you who are interested, you will need to fill out an application to the house or hall. It will be your responsibility to contact the house manager for that area and request an application. Applications will be available until Dec. 5 at 12:00 noon and will be reviewed on a rolling basis by the house or hall.

If you are interested in the different types of program houses and halls on campus, a full list of the housing options are available here.

For a list of the houses/hall that still have spaces available, as well as their house managers and the number and types of rooms available, check out this google doc. Note that, for the type of rooms available, “single” means a room with one bed where that bed is free; “full double” means a room with two beds where both are free; and “half-double” means a room with two beds where only one is free. For half-double rooms, the gender identify of the individual who will be staying in the room is listed next to the room type.

If you have any questions about the program house or hall, its mission, or its application process, please contact the house manager for that area.

My recommendation: start listening to this song, then make your decision by the time it’s over. Quite a trip. Remember, deadline’s December 5th (Wednesday) at noon!
