Do you want to be able to effectively recruit and train new members for your group? How about how to work with other groups to plan more effective campaigns?
Green Corps, the Field School for Environmental Organizing, is providing a workshop for Wesleyan students on Wednesday, January 30 at 6 PM. The workshop is a great training opportunity that will cover recruitment and coalition building. We will present principles and tips on how to recruit and build groups that are sustainable over the long-term, and how to network across groups and with key
administrators/decision makers in the community.
6-7 PM: Recruitment (for events and building a group)
7-8 PM: Coalition Building (i.e. working with other groups and administrators to further support your mission)The workshop is free and open to all students.
