Good vibes from Nikki Dodd ’15:

Ryushin Sensei, the Abbot of Zen Mountain Monastery in NY, is coming to Wesleyan!!! Come to the Chapel on October 7th at 7:30 to hear Ryushin talk about Zen, and how it can help you deal with college and other major life issues.

If you can’t make it on the 7th, don’t worry! Come to Buddhist House on October 8th at 9am to meditate with Ryushin. This will be a chance to do zazen for a period of 25 to 35 minutes, and then to talk with him about issues concerning zazen, Zen and the ethical teachings of Buddhism, and anything he mentioned in the previous evening’s lecture.

Students are welcome to come to either parts of the event or BOTH!

Date: Monday, October 7th & Tuesday, October 8th
Time: 7:30 pm (Mon) & 9:00 am (Tues)
