Join Middletown Urban Gardens at the Ferry St. Community Garden (located next to 33 Ferry St., right off of Main St.) on Sunday from 12-3 for a day of planting flower bulbs, cover cropping, sharing hot food, playing games and making crafts with kids. Middletown residents and Wesleyan students, young and old alike, will join together to help beautify the garden and build community. Anyone interested in urban gardening, food justice and community organizing should come! Wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty and bring a water bottle.
