Feeling stressed? Drop in for a FREE guided relaxation session!
Guided Relaxation promotes stress reduction, the elimination of tension throughout the body, and a calm and peaceful state of mind. We will use cue-controlled progressive relaxation and deep breathing techniques to release tension and guide participants into a relaxed state.
You can join this guided relaxation session for all or any portion of the hour. Please enter the room quietly as not to disturb anyone and bring a towel or yoga mat if you wish to lie down.
