Imagine a job that teaches you valuable skills, encourages creativity, and contributes to social good. Now imagine that it’s in a low-cost city (no NYC/LA/Boston rents to pay!) with a supportive group of peers and mentors. This may sound like a dream, but Venture for America makes it a reality!

VFA is a nonprofit organization that matches high-achieving college grads with start-up companies around the country. After a summer intensive training program and two years of exciting, enlightening work, VFA fellows come away with the knowledge, experience, and networks necessary to succeed as entrepreneurs and to potentially start their own businesses, thereby contributing to job creation and economic growth.

This opportunity is open to students from all majors! If you’d like to launch your career as an entrepreneur, attend Thursday evening’s info session or stop by my table in Usdan on Thursday between 4 and 5:30 pm.
