WEDNESDAY

LUNCH- Rice Noodle Stirfry w/ Flank Steak or Tofu  GLUTEN FREE ENTREE
DES- Coconut Cookies

DINNER- Greens w/ Cilantro Dressing, Chili w/ Beef and Pork or Vegetarian. Garnished w/Cheddar, Scallion, Sour Cream and Buttermilk Corn Bread  VEGAN ENTREE W/OUT GARNISH, GLUTEN FREE ENTREE

THURSDAY
