You may have many questions about meditation. What is it? How do I do it? There are many different kinds of meditation out there. Where do I start? How do I sustain a practice in this crazy, busy world? Why even bother? What is all the hype about “Mindfulness?”
Thirty years of scientific research has proven that people who regularly practice mindfulness experience decreased stress and anxiety, better focus and concentration, increased empathy and understanding of others, increased sense of calm, and skillful responses to difficult emotions.
