A calming message from Katie McLaughlin ’15:

Are you curious about yoga? Do you have some experience, but want to deepen your knowledge and technique? Do you want a way to de-stress for upcoming midterms?

If you’ve answered yes to any of those questions, come on down to Fayerweather this Wednesday to learn about forming a personal practice of yoga asanas and meditation. This class will offer an easy series of postures and will invite participants to listen deeply to the needs of their ‘bodyminds’ in order to develop an understanding for the current moment. Asana (posture) practice will be followed by sitting meditation.
