DINNER: MONDAY-THURSDAY 5:00-6:45 (TO-GO SERVICE 6:45-700)

MONDAY

DINNER- Greens w/ Sherry vin, Jerk Chicken or Tofu, Red Beans and Rice, ‘Yard Style Greens VEGAN ENTREE, GLUTEN FREE ENTREE

TUESDAY

LUNCH- Baja Style Fish Tacos( Beer Battered Tilapia, Cabbage Slaw, Chipotle Mayo)
DES- Mango Yogurt

DINNER- Greens w/ Tomato Saffron vin, Paella (Tomato, Garlic, Saffron, White Wine Infused Rice) w/Charred Salmon, Shrimp and Chicken or Veggie w/ Tofu

WEDNESDAY

LUNCH- Grilled Chicken or Roasted Tofu Caesar Salad w/Garlic, Parmesan Croutons, House made Caesar Dressing
DES- Chocolate Chip, Cranberry, Oatmeal Cookies

DINNER- Greens w/ Balsamic Vin,  Lasagna w/ Beef and Sweet Italian Style Sausage Ragu or Veggie w/Portabella and Marinara
DES- Strawberry Chocolate Cheese Cake

THURSDAY

LUNCH- Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque, Toasted Almond Garnish w/ Herb Focaccia
DES- Trail Mix Bars

DINNER- Greens w/ Curry Dressing, Channa Saag (Chickpea, Spinach, Tomato Curry) Basmati Rice, Garlic Naan
