Looking for something to do over break? Live in DC or willing to travel? Passionate about politics? Want to make some connections on Capitol Hill?
Join us on the Wesleyan trip to Friends Committee on National Legislation’s Spring Lobby Weekend in DC!
Students will participate in workshops on effective lobbying, gain invaluable skills on navigating the Hill, meet other interesting college students, and change some minds about war, drones, and Guantanamo detention in the process.A great way to spend the weekend if you live in DC, or get a little traveling in if you’re stuck at home for break.
