Looking to get away from campus or work for a weekend? Want to come back with new friendships, perspectives, and ideas? Jews in the Woods is a pluralistic, experimental,freewheeling, volunteer-organized Shabbat gathering for young Jewish adults to create and celebrate community. Participants join in a tradition of learning, eating, praying, singing, growing, and imagining together in an atmosphere of honesty, sensitivity, exploration, and jubilation. This year will feature opportunities for guided meditation, dance, text study, niggunim, Jewish activist training, and more.
JitW 2014 will be taking place **this weekend** at Camp Jori in Rhode Island, and we still have spots left for newcomers. Cars will be leaving for RI on Friday from multiple cities; the location is also accessible by train, bus, and MBTA.
