On Thursday April 23rd from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm in the Memorial Chapel, the Wesleyan College Democrats and the Wesleyan College Republicans will be holding a political debate. Topics will include the role of government, foreign policy, health care, abortion and other political matters. Professor Richard Adelstein will be moderating this debate.
This event hopes to create a discourse between two politically oriented student groups that aim to create discussion about political affairs. We hope that you will join us in discussing these contentious issues.
Emmakristina Sveen ’17 and Joseph Nucci ’16 will be representing the Wesleyan College Republicans while Nat Warner ’17 and Alec Shea ’18 will be representatives for the Wesleyan College Democrats.
