MONDAY
DINNER- Greens w/ Herb vin. Roasted Chicken or Tofu, Garlic Mashed Potato, Maple Glazed Carrots, Caramelized Shallot Sauce
DES- Triple Chocolate Cake

TUESDAY
LUNCH- Grilled Flank Steak or Portabella Burrito Supreme
DES- Mango Yogurt
DINNER- Greens w/ Carrot Ginger vin. Glass Noodle Stir-Fry w/ Grilled Shrimp or Tofu. GLUTEN FREE ENTREE
DES- Ginger Spice Cake

WEDNESDAY
LUNCH- Hummus/ Cheddar/ Avocado Melts on House Made Focaccia w/ Bacon or Soy Bacon
DES- Chocolate Chip Cookies
DINNER- Greens w/ Balsamic Vin. Baked Rigatoni w/ Beef and Sweet Italian Sausage Ragu or Portabella and Marinara. Topped w/ Mozzarella and Ricotta, Finished in the Oven
DES- Chocolate Cream Pie

THURSDAY
LUNCH- Tortilla Soup. House Made Chicken Broth Simmered w/ Aromatics, Chillies, Shredded Chicken and Tomato. Garnished w/ Fried Tortilla Strips and Avocado
DES- Brownies
DINNER- Greens w/ Curry Dressing. Tadka Dal w/ Basmati Rice and Garlic Naan
DES- Lemon Poppy Cake w/ Berry Coulis and Whipped Cream
