It’s a very sad day in Wesleyan sports history: Nothing But NESCAC, a sports blog dedicated to covering football, basketball, and baseball in the ‘CAC, recently dropped its 2015 All-Hair Team, and sadly, no Wesleyan football player made the top 10. Unsurprisingly, Williams (continuing its legacy of striving for constant goddamn perfection) had three players receive top honors, with Bowdoin following close behind at two.
If it’s any consolation, two Wesleyan football players did make the Honorable Mentions list. Shout out to Blake Cunningham ’16 and Elias Camacho ’18 for repping The Tech. Cunningham’s flow is ace (but he was in an incredibly competitive category), and Camacho’s coiffed locks rival those of Colin Brown, a Williams senior who just barely edged him out for Best Curly Swooshy Side Hair on the list.
We may hang our heads in shame today, but I believe our football team can rise from the ashes and rally in time for next year’s ranking.
