DINNER: Monday-Thursday 5:00-6:45, $13.75 (+$1.00 to go)

MONDAY
DINNER- Greens w/ Toasted Cumin Vin. Stacked Mole Enchilada. Layers of Toasted Tortilla, Roasted Poblano & Onion, Sautéed Corn & Mushroom, Cheddar, Sour Cream & Ancho Mole w/ Chicken or Tofu
DES- Coconut Cake

TUESDAY
LUNCH- Breakfast Burrito. Cheddar & Scallion Scrambled Eggs, Roasted Poblano & Onion, Black Beans, Roasted Potato, Bacon or Soy Bacon, Avocado, Chipotle Salsa
DES- Mango Yogurt
DINNER- Greens w/ Cider Vin. Chili and Lime Grilled Shrimp or Tofu, Spanish Rice, Refried Beans, Crispy Fried Tortilla Strips, Salsa Fresca
DES- Berry Crisp

WEDNESDAY
LUNCH- Mexican Chop Salad. Avocado, Corn, Black Beans, Red Onion, Bacon or Soy Bacon, Creamy Cilantro Dressing w/ Chicken or Tofu. **VEGAN ENTREE w/ Toasted Cumin Vin instead**
DES- Coconut Cookies
DINNER- Greens w/ Sherry Vin. Grilled Flank Steak or Portobello Burrito Supreme
DES- Banana Cream Pie

THURSDAY
LUNCH- Lentil & Green Apple Soup, Garnished w/ or w/out Bacon & Scallion. **VEGAN SOUP**
DES- Brownies
DINNER- Greens w/ Herb Vin. Puerto Rican Rice & Beans w/ Adobo and Sazon Roasted Chicken or Tofu. **VEGAN ENTREE**
DES- Mint Chocolate Cake
