Join us for a FREE restorative yoga and meditation workshop this Saturday!

We will be exploring a few different restorative yoga poses taught by WesBAM yoga instructor Zandy followed by a body scan meditation and silent sit led by Mindfulness Intern Kate.

We welcome all bodies and encourage all levels of experience.
