Audition for Murder on the Beantown Express

auditionHugo Kessler ’19 wants you to audition for a really cool show:

Murder. It’s a funny old thing. And that’s why we’re doing a comedic murder mystery. This Second Stage production will be super fun and exciting and we’re looking for some terrific people to bring these characters to life!

At 11:22 AM on Novembers the third, fourth, and fifth (hint, we’re going up on those dates) a young and crappy filmmaker, Jackie Parks, is murdered on an Amtrak train traveling from New York to Boston. No one knows why. No one knows how. All we do know is that her documentary about the election will remain unfinished for all eternity. What a shame. Luckily, there’s a clever(ish) detective who just happens to witness the murder. Unfortunately, the six other witnesses happen to be petulant, whiny adults.

Auditions will be held in the East Room of the Theatre Dept. Studios on:

Wednesday, September 7th: 5 PM – 8 PM.
Thursday, September 8th: 6 PM – 9 PM.

Come audition! Just sign up here.  Be prepared to tell us something fun (a story, a joke, etc.) and to read some sides from the show (no monologue!) Any questions? Feel free to contact us!
