Heyy!! We’re back this semester AND NOW ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS with three new themes: Ambivalence, Clarity, and Sign. We’re looking for work (artwork, writing, poetry, video, playlists, etc) corresponding with any one of these themes. The Subway Ride is an all-inclusive publication that recognizes the humanity of the artistic and literary process, prioritizes celebration over criticism, and provides a common space in which individuals with different backgrounds and identities can contribute to a welcoming artistic space.
We accept submissions from EVERYONE, not limited to Wesleyan Students! If there are people you know in Middletown, family and friends from home, or other communities that you know who would be interested, please share our event with them.
