Yoga & Meditation Workshop

Enjoy take a pause in your day and let’s come together for an hour of free yoga and meditation, taught by Sonia Max ’17 and Kate Gilbert ’18. We’d love to end with tea. Please bring a mug if you can!

If you have a mat, please bring it. Also, bring a friend!
