DINNER- 5:00-7:00
FIRST THREE FRESHMAN EAT FREE EVERY DAY!!!

Due to the snowstorm that is anticipated to start later today, our food shipments will be delayed and therefore we will NOT be open for Monday. We will also not be open Thursday for dinner prior to Spring Break. So this week’s menu will be short and sweet!

TUESDAY-
LUNCH- Huevos Rancheros. Cheddar & Scallion Scrambled Eggs, Avocado, Bacon or Soy Bacon, Garlic Black Beans, Chipotle Salsa, Fried Tortilla Strips
DES- Oatmeal, Craisin, Chocolate Chip & Walnut Cookies
DINNER- Greens w/ Honey & Thyme Vin. Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Sautéed Green Cabbage, Scotch Bonnet, Scallion, Thyme & Garlic, w/ Red Beans & Rice
DES- Chocolate & Cayenne Cake w/ Raspberry Coulis & Whipped Cream

WEDNESDAY-
LUNCH- Grilled Chicken or Portobello, Roasted Butternut, Caramelized Onion, Goat Cheese & Baby Arugula on Toasted Multigrain
DES- Chocolate Chip Cookies
DINNER- Greens w/ Sherry Vin. Baked Country Style Mac & Cheese w/ Roasted Chicken or Tofu. Cheddar Béchamel, Sautéed Corn, Peas, Broccoli & Shallot, Toasted Garlic Panko

THURSDAY-
LUNCH- Broccoli & Cheddar Bisque w/ Herb Focaccia. Garnished w/ House Made Garlic Parmesan Croutons & Tempura Fried Shallots
