DINNER- Greens w/ Red Wine Vin. Grilled Chimichurri Chicken or Tofu, Lyonnaise Potato, Roasted Asparagus, Charred Poblano Purée, Corn, Cucumber, Tomato, Basil & Feta Salad.

TUESDAY-
LUNCH- Huevos Rancheros. Cheddar & Scallion Scramble, Garlic Black Beans, Avocado, Bacon or Soy Bacon, Chipotle Salsa, Fried Tortilla

DINNER- Greens w/ Thai Basil Vin. Masaman Curry(Potato, Sweet Potato, Carrot, Onion & Peanut) w/ Jasmine Rice.
