WSA Election Results In

The voting is over! Mike Pernick ’10 and Saul Carlin ’09 will serve as the Wesleyan Student Assembly’s next President and Vice President, respectively. All polling stations have reported and due to the absence of chads in the election, there will be no need for recounts.


More WSA elections for Class Representatives are happening next week. Five seats will be available for each class year and all candidates have already submitted their petitions. Polls open again on Sunday (4/27) at midnight and will close on Friday (5/2) at midnight. Vote on the WSA Voting Page.

Invisible Man Show

Invisible men is a forum of people who identify as men of color to comfortably discuss issues pertaining to our community, provide positive support for one another, and pursue personal growth within a shared context. Each year, they compile their resources and create the annual cultural show called “Invisible Man”, named after the Ralph Ellison novel. The members of the group are highly talented and take part in spoken word, song, dance, dramatic and comedic pieces, etc.

Forum at Psi Upsilon

The latest installment of Psi Upsilon’s Lecture Series will be this coming Monday (4/14) at 5:00 p.m. The forum will be held at Psi Upsilon. Professor of Government John Finn will be discussing political leadership, a particularly important topic as we approach November. As many of you know, Professor Finn has much insight on topics such as this and the forum is bound to be both entertaining and thought-provoking. Come down for the discussion, refreshments, and good company.
