Garth Taylor ’12 would like to make the rest of your spring semester a little brighter with his new webseries Laugh Track. The show goes behind the scenes with a rag-tag team of college-aged comedy writers as they produce online sketches for their website. Think 30 Rock meets College Humor. In the first episode, “Worst Day Ever…”, certain members of the group get a bit preoccupied, leaving production of the team’s next video solely in the hands of senior member, Stevens Drew (Josh Margolin ’11). The result… is tragic.
Come join The Wesleyan Spirits in the Olin Lobby at 8 PM for a mind-blowingly harmonious concert. We will be joined by two lovely groups from Yale, The New Blue and The Spizzwinks(?) (the question mark is part of the name). Hope to see you there. Wear a poncho if you have one.
The Wesleyan Spirits would like to invite you to their Fall Jam Anualle Concert. Free puppies will be given at the door. The first 200 guests get a free puppy and anyone coming later gets half a puppy because supplies are limited. Guest appearance by the greatest Singer, Lover, Poet, Visionary of the modern human era.
We will also be selling our brand new studio CD, Shannon Bond, at the concert. Now accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, so bring mom and dad’s card (or your own!). You can also find us on iTunes or Amazon.

From the people who brought you “WANNABES” comes a new web-series about the emerging world of viral entertainment. The show features a princess in exile, Mexican stand-offs, corruption in Res-Life, high stakes gambling, dreams dying/coming true (but mostly dying), hubris, training wheels, hammers smashing things, babies having “babies”, and quests.
Be prepared to do a cold read of a scene. Feel free to bring/perform your own monologue or excerpt (although this is not required). See you there! If you have any questions, feel free to contact Pat O’Brien, Dan Obzejta, Aaron Peisner, or Garth Taylor.
Date: Saturday and Sunday, November 13th and 14th Time: 2-4 PM Place: Usdan 108 (Taylor Meeting Room)
In the final installment of the Wesleyan based mockumentary, tensions boil over between Elizabeth Majors ’12, and Charlotte Cummings ’11 (former dance partners) during a rehearsal for James Carlson’s new musical, tediously entitled, “James Carlson Presents: Summer Heights High: The Musical: Part One.” Despite numerous warning signs of immense failure, director James Carlson insists, the show must go on…which it does…barely. See how it all goes down in the final episode of the year!
