8 to 8 (the student run anonymous, confidential, listening service) is starting up for the semester. Our well-trained, committed, non-judgmental members are here to listen to your problems (or non problems). Please call us!

Mental Health at Wes Panel

This panel is sponsored by MINDS, Active Minds, 8 to-8 and WESupport. These student groups will each speak briefly about their mission and
what they do on campus. The main portion of the event will feature six students speaking about
their experiences of living with mental illness. Topics covered include disordered eating, anxiety, depression and manic depression.

Following the panel we will have period of Q&A and discussion. There will be light refreshments!

Want to talk? Starting now, due to being understaffed, 8-to-8 is operating at new hours. We are now available Sunday to Wednesday from 7pm to 7am on both calls and chat and Thursday to Saturday from 10pm to 2am *chat only*.

If you have tried to contact us and we were not there, we offer you our sincerest apologies! Please try calling at these new hours and someone will be there.

Eight to Eight Is Going on Spring Break Starting Friday

Your favorite non-directive listening service is taking a two week break to go snorkeling with dolphins. Feel free to call us through Thursday night (March 6). We will be back on March 24, ready to listen!
