A talk in Spanish by Fatima Roldan, Professor of Arabic at the Universidad de Sevilla in Spain.

Professor Roldán is the author and editor of numerous books pertaining to the history and culture of Al-Andalus, with emphasis on aesthetics and landscape. Currently she is working on a project that looks into the Arab world as a source of inspiration. She has been the academic director of several international projects and symposia, most recently the Simposio Internacional de Almonaster la Real, 2011 and 2012. Prof. Roldán is also the Director of the Cursos Concertados con Universidades Extranjeras of the Facultad de Filología of Universidadde Sevilla, within which she also directs a Hispano Arabic Summer Program.
