Have you been wanting to try one of our group exercise classes, but feared you might be one of the few male-identifying people in the room? Break away the stigma and get a taste of some of what we have to offer at this FREE event.
The WesBAM! Team strives to provide services to the entire Wesleyan community, but demographically, those who identify as male are underrepresented in our classes. This workshop will move through three of our fitness modalities – TurboKick, CardioKickboxing, and Yoga – tailoring to your bodies and ensuring a comfortable environment in which we’ll be open to your feedback as we strive to make WesBAM! more accessible. Try it out and bring your friends! You’ve got nothing to lose.
