Auditions for THEA183: Directed Experiences in Acting

Jenna Robbins ’13 writes in to tell all about a low-commitment opportunity to test out your acting chops, also includes spiffy picture of good ol’ Billy:

The Theater Directing I class is seeking actors for their workshop scenes!
Students will have the chance to act in scenes written by Shakespeare, Chekhov, and Tennessee Williams and directed by Directing I students. Plus, all actors will receive .5 credits JUST for acting (no papers, no tests.)

Auditions are this Friday, January 28th, from 1:10 pm to 3:00 pm in the East Room of the Theater Department (Theater Studios 114). Please sign up on the Theater department call board. Come with a memorized monologue to present – preferably from before the 1970s.

Date:   Jan. 28
Time:   1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Place:  Theater Studios 114
