We are all implicated in issues of social justice. Carina Kurban’14 is giving you the opportunity to join the discussion:
Come join Brighter Dawns, the MSA, Turath House, and Community Services House as we discuss a social justice issue we often shy away from: Islamophobia. A free Arab dinner will be served and WesDEF will lead the conversations, which will be a great introduction for the relevant programs over homecoming weekend: the play on Friday night and the WESeminar on Saturday morning featuring social activist and survivor Rais Bhuiyan.
Date: Thursday, October 18
Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Place: 200 Church
Cost: Free! And free dinner!
