Grab your friends and family and join us at Long Lane Farm’s annual Pumpkin Fest, Saturday, October 13, 2018, from noon to 4 pm! Featuring live student bands, farm tours, crafts, baked goods for sale, a pie-eating contest, vendors & student groups, FREE veggie burgers and cider, and much more!

First Generation Panel and Discussion

This event is an opportunity to connect with other members of the first generation community and discuss academic success at Wesleyan. Panelists will discuss the strengths of being first generation, their experience in college and ways they navigated obstacles that arose along the way. Resources on campus will also be shared. Light refreshments will be served.

Fresh Check Day!

Fresh Check Day is a wellness fair with interactive booths, free food, and great prizes, including a flatscreen TV!

This is part of a national effort to bring awareness of mental health resources and coping strategies to college campuses. It is a celebratory fair-like event that empowers students to recognize warning signs of depression or suicide, and de-stigmatizes asking for help.

Come through Usdan on February 25th from 11:30 to 2:30 to join in!

Old, Poor, and Hungry in America: A Film Screening of Caring for Mom and Dad

WesAGE and Hunger and Homelessness are teaming up to put on a film screening of “Caring for Mom and Dad,” a moving documentary to spark a discussion surrounding economic, financial, and social issues inherent in caring for the elderly. There will be Thai food for dinner, so please feel free to stop by for dinner, a film screening, and discussion on Wednesday, February 17th at 6PM in PAC 002. We hope to see you there!
