French Play Auditions

Do you like acting but never got your big break? Do you speak (some) French? Do you want to be a part of the coolest play on campus this semester? Well, come audition for us and join the French theater team!

This semester we are presenting a modern version of Marivaux’s play “The game of love and chance”, a comedy about love and misunderstandings. Much laughs involved.

Show up in DOWNEY 113 anytime between 5.30 and 8pm, all you have to do is read a short passage of the play and discuss with us a little. So we hope to see you there! And also invite your friends, it’s gonna be really fun I promise. There even might be food involved.

“La Leçon” Auditions

Voilà! An invitation from Laura Hess ’16:

Do you speak French? Do you also like to act? Then audition for this semester’s production of Ionesco’s absurdist masterpiece, La Leçon.
This is a French-language production, so sides will be provided in FRENCH. If you have a French-language monologue, that’s great, but not required by any means.
Auditions will be held in 41 Wyllys, room 111:
Monday 1/26 4-6
Tuesday 1/27 5-6
There is no need to sign up, you can come whenever during the time slot and leave as soon as you’ve finished.
