Whether it is bodybuilding, powerlifting, weightlifting, or general fitness, WesGAINS seeks to create an environment in which people can get together and discuss all aspects of strength training and nutrition. We aim to provide support to help students achieve their respective fitness goals.

Have you been contemplating taking a WesBAM! class, but have been hesitant or unsure of which class was for you? Whether this is has been holding you back – or if you just want an opportunity to have a sweaty, fun time for free – Taste of WesBAM! might just be the solution to your woes.
This collaborative class will integrate yoga, kickboxing, and Zumba through the teaching practices of five phenomenal WesBAM! instructors: Renee Dunn ’14, Shira Engel ’14, Emily Hunt ’13, Anya Morgan ’14, and Leigh Stewart ’13. Each instructor will teach a 10-12 minute segment of their class, ensuring an exciting and unique fitness experience.
All levels welcome and accommodated. Come one, come all and mix it up with us for this awesome sampler class!
