Photos: December Completions Luncheon

Congratulations, December completions, triple-major overachievers and all those who took a semester off to join a monastery and chant in caves/juice-fasted at Hindu-Jewish vegan camps in Arizona/etc. Our late/early end to our academic journeys was marked by a cozy lunch yesterday afternoon in President Roth’s office (nice touch with the dove grey and white Diorish walls, btw) and speeches by Dean Mike Whaley, Class of 2013 Dean Louise Brown, and the the President himself, telling us all what excellent students we have been and what excellent adults, professionals, social workers and donating alumni we will become.

Thank you, Wesleyan. It’s been an incredible three and a half years.

Wesleyan Cardinals Cheerleading Try-Outs

From the super cheery Maggie Feldman-Piltch ’14:

Do you often find yourself breaking out into spontaneous dance solos? Do you love Wesleyan? Are you a dancer, figure skater, cheerleader, or gymnast who misses dancing, figure skating, cheerleading, and/or gymnastics? Do you wish you were one of the above mentioned nouns?

If you answered “YES!” to any of these questions, then this event is for you!

Wesleyan’s Cardinal Cheerleaders are holding try-outs for basketball season and competition season Wednesday, October 24th and Thursday, October 25th from 4:30pm-6:30pm.
