Word from Jake Schofield ’12 on the combined sport of laughing and yoga:

Come to Buddhist House this Wednesday for the triumphant return of LAUGH CLUB!!!!!!

If you are for some reason unfamiliar with Laugh Club, it is a practice in extreme relaxation, of the yoga-esque variety. It involves breathing, releasing all yo’ stress, and laughing for like a half hour. Its super fun and surprisingly easy. Not to mention its a great way to spend a half hour on a Wednesday night, whether you just wanna be in a great mood before getting plastered at bar night, or you’re trying to give yourself a nice study break without having the munchies as a consequence.

It’s the best! You should come.

Date: Wed, Feb. 23
Time: 9:00 – 10:00 PM
Place: Buddhist House Meditation Room

Laugh Club Meeting

Jake Schofield ’12, whose last name is suspiciously similar to mine, wants to laugh and do yoga with you. Not necessarily in that order.

Come join in our semi-weekly laughter meetings in the Westco Lounge, this Wednesday from 8–8:30 p.m. We practice a very loose form of laughter yoga, and general silliness, that is guaranteed to reduce stress and be mad fun. Bring a friend; we’ll bring the laughter. It’s a real good time.
