Leadership Luncheon: Exploring the Fight Against Prejudice

Join Joanne Rafferty, Associate Director of the Usdan Center, and facilitator for the World of Difference Institute, an Anti-Defamation League initiative. Learn about Joanne’s involvement, and participate in an exercise exploring how hate can escalate in society. We will discuss and think critically about ethnic, racial and religious bias, discrimination, and violence.

Lunch will be provided!

Leadership Luncheon: Political Community Organizing

This week’s talk will feature a discussion about modern community organizing based on political campaigns and the field experience of one former Obama campaign organizer. While the tactics may seem 21st century, the strategy dates back to Cesar Chavez and can be used in helping all leadership-based organizations.
