Feeling stressed? Drop in for a FREE guided relaxation session!
Guided Relaxation promotes stress reduction, the elimination of tension throughout the body, and a calm and peaceful state of mind. We will use cue-controlled progressive relaxation and deep breathing techniques to release tension and guide participants into a relaxed state.
You can join this guided relaxation session for all or any portion of the hour. Please enter the room quietly as not to disturb anyone and bring a towel or yoga mat if you wish to lie down.

Quite simply, Wesleyan students meet up in Fayerweather 106 (the Beckham Hall building) and massage each other.
Just show up at any of the scheduled times. If you can, bring a towel, pillow, yoga mat, and buddy, although none of these are necessary (Clothing probably mandatory).
We will meet 4 times per week until the end of the semester:
Mondays: 7:00-8:00 PM (Except for April 8th)
Wednesdays: 10:00-11:00 PM (Except for April 17th)
Fridays: 8:00-9:00 PM (Except for April 12th)
Sundays: 10:30 AM-12:00 Noon (Every week, No Exceptions!)
