Word from Jake Schofield ’12 on the combined sport of laughing and yoga:
Come to Buddhist House this Wednesday for the triumphant return of LAUGH CLUB!!!!!!
If you are for some reason unfamiliar with Laugh Club, it is a practice in extreme relaxation, of the yoga-esque variety. It involves breathing, releasing all yo’ stress, and laughing for like a half hour. Its super fun and surprisingly easy. Not to mention its a great way to spend a half hour on a Wednesday night, whether you just wanna be in a great mood before getting plastered at bar night, or you’re trying to give yourself a nice study break without having the munchies as a consequence.
It’s the best! You should come.
