It’s been a loooooong hiatus, what with thesis, winter break, thesis, spring break, more thesis (you get the point). But fear not, I haven’t forgotten about all you questioning souls haunting campus, awaiting answers to put your spirits to rest.
This week’s question is about one of those things that gets mentioned on your admissions tour and then never arises again, nudity:
I’ve been trying to find information about how to apply as a nude model for art classes next semester, but have emerged unsuccessful. Do you have any info about who to contact, any requirements, etc? Also, any tips on how to locate the nude scene at Wes (if there is one?) would be greatly appreciated!

Looking to make some easy money? Drawing I is looking for one female nude model for this Tuesday (11/27). Model will be needed from 10:00 am – 12:30 pm and will be paid $15/hour! Email ischwartz(at)wesleyan(dot)edu ASAP if interested.
Date: Tuesday, November 27
Time: 10:00 am – 12:30 pm
Place: Art Studios
Net earnings: $37.50
A nude model is wanted for the Drawing 1 Class!
Who can participate: Anyone who is comfortable being naked in front of a room of people . Any class year is acceptable.
Contact: Stefan Golangco (TA) at sgolangco(at)wesleyan(d0t)edu with your availability, a short description of your body type (i.e. height, approximate weight, attributes [e.g. athletic, slender, curvy, etc.] and anything else that you think would be appropriate and applicable) and finally your contact information.
Event: Nude Modeling for Drawing 1 class
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00am-12:30pm
Frequency: Dependent on the needs of the class.
Compensation: $10/hr without prior experience and $12/hr with prior experience.
